Dr. Brittany Henderson is a specialty-trained, board-certified endocrinologist with advanced training in thyroid hormone replacement, thyroid ultrasound and biopsy, evaluation of thyroid nodules, treatment of thyroid cancer, and advanced non-invasive thyroid techniques. She has many years of experience treating thyroid disease and has practiced at major academic medical centers including Wake Forest and Duke. Because of their love for the great city of Charleston, Brittany and her husband, Jeff, are excited to bring The Charleston Thyroid Center to the Lowcountry!
